Moscow artwalk recap

Well here we are! Moscow Artwalk is over, and I can get back to my normal schedule. I spent the last few months doing almost nothing else except going to work, sculpting, and sleeping. I had so much fun at this event, but I’m definitely glad to be finished with them!

For this art walk, I was stationed at Zions Bank in Moscow, Idaho. For this business, I rent little tables to display my dragons on, and then work on my demonstration dragon at one of the desks. While I completely forgot to take a photo of my area after it was set up, I do want to share my gallery set up.

Here is an overall collage of all of the dragons I had on display:

And here’s a close up view of the dragons on their tables:

As with every art walk, I do a live demonstration for people to be able to see how I work. I’ll be doing a more in depth blog post about this particular project as it’s something completely new, but here is the color palette:

I was at the event for about three hours, sculpting on and off during that time, and this is how far I managed to get. I’m actually pretty close to a first bake at this point:

Like I said, I’ll have more of a detailed post about this particular project later on, but for now, here’s where I’m at!
